- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called to schedule an appointment as they accept my insurance. When I arrived, I was told my two children wouldn't be allowed to come to appointments as children under 12 aren't allowed because of communicable diseases. OK, that's great.. but you could've told me that ON THE PHONE. So I had to go to the appointment because I was already there or would've been charged for a cancellation regardless. The doctor was very nice, but it is completely pointless for me personally to go here if I have to pay a baby sitter constantly just for a doctor's appointment. It'd be REALLY nice if they just told you this up front so you don't waste your money on an appointment, especially when you're OOP until you meet your deductible.March 21, 2017by Sara Winegard
