  I had braces on 6/22 and I want to commend Dr. Cosse, Dr. Silmon and all the staff in this office. Organizations like these deserve more than 5 stars! I observed how everyone went about their respective jobs and I must say that this office is worthy of emulation in terms of excellent work ethic and customer service. The staff members obviously love what they do and this translates to the way they interacted with their patients. They had the right balance of professionalism and care and they put me right at ease, answering all questions and concerns with genuine compassion. At the end of the day, relationships matter and it will all boil down to the quality of service and the quality of relationships. It is apparent that this office has very dedicated and hardworking staff --- which is reflective of the leadership of the management team. I can only wish that there will be more offices like this! Kudos and keep it up!
